Services Available at the Southgate Neighborhood Family Service Center

Covered Families and Children (CFC) Medicaid coverage for parents, children up to age 21, and pregnant women. These services are also known as Healthy Start, Healthchek and Pregnancy Related Services (PRS)
Aged, Blind, Disabled (ABD) Medicaid coverage for adults and children including Medicaid for the Working Disabled (MBIWD)
